Pictures – MAY 10th

Picture day is May 10th. Times set for your team. Life Touch will set up under the Pavilion at each field. Softball will be at Liedy field and Baseball will be at Mitchell field. Pictures will start at 9 amand will go 15 minutes interval for each team. Forms are being mailed to ETJ from Life Touch. Once they are in, I will give to each head coach.

Giants is 9 to 9:15 am
Padres is 9:15 to 9:30 am
Philllies is 9:30 to 9:45 am
Dodgers is 9:45 to 10 am
Minors
 Pirates is 10 am to 10:15 am
Braves is 10:15 to 10:30 am
Mariners is 10:30 to 10:45 am
Majors
 Cardinals is 10:45 to 11 am
Yankees is 11 am to 11:15 am
Brewers is 11:15 to 11:30 am

Meeting Reminder

Just a reminder, February 10th at 7 pm at the Jackson twp. building will be the ETJ monthly meeting. All head coaches or representative of that team will need to be at the meeting. Topics for this month will be to review 2014 rosters, fundraiser, and upcoming (minor and major) draft/tryouts, uniforms and season projects.

Also, I will be there at 6:30 pm for anybody that registered online but did not make the registration sign ups in order to pay the registration amount.

ETJ is looking for additional sponsorship for the season drive. Our major projects for this year will be 2 new scoreboards at Mitchell field, repair the drainage on the minor field and repair the roof on the equipment shed. If your company or individual would like to pledge a donation to the league, I will have paperwork for you.

Just a reminder that everyone that registers online still needs to show up at sign ups to pay registration fees and pick up tickets.

Registration resumes Thursday January 9th, 2014 from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Jackson Township Building.
